Payment Methods:
We accept all modes of payment, including Cash, Card, and UPI. 

Domestic Shipping: 

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders over ₹2000. 
  • Delivery Time: Orders will typically be delivered within 7 to 10 working days from the order dispatch date, with most orders dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note that delivery times may be longer during festivals and government holidays. 
  • The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
  • All orders are processed from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Tracking and Delivery
  • Post shipping, the details of the tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
  • Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it's returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained.
  • Please ensure the complete shipping address, including zip code and a mobile number, to ensure hassle-free delivery.
  • In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

We offer standard shipping for all orders, ensuring that your items are securely packaged and delivered to you. 

Order Dispatch:
Items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
