Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in original condition - unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags, and invoices intact.
  • A return or exchange request will not be accepted if the product is damaged due to misuse or washed.

Return Policy

  • If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for store credit (we do not offer cash or bank refunds).
  • Once the returned item is received and passes our inspection, a store credit coupon will be sent to you via email.
  • Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer, except in cases of quality defect/damage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gifting section products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Exchange Policy

  • You may exchange a product for a different size, color, or style within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the new item is of lower value, a store credit will be issued for the difference.
  • if the new item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference.
  • Shipping for exchange will be arranged once your request is confirmed and eligibility verified.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact our customer care team with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Date of transaction
  • Delivery address
  • Image(s) of the item and original packaging

In Case of Damaged or Defective Products

  • Return the item in complete original packaging, including:
    • Invoice, tags, labels, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, hangers, etc.

  • A free reverse pickup will be arranged from the invoice address.
  • Once received, the item will undergo a quality check:
    • If it passes inspection, a replacement will be sent within standard shipping timelines.

    • If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for the full value.

Coupon & Store Credit Policy

  • If your return does not involve an exchange, you will receive a store credit coupon valid for 6 months.
  • For promotional events (e.g., Summer Sale), coupon validity will be specified separately.
  • Store credit can be redeemed on our website or at Ratan Cart stores.

Processing Time

  • Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for processing.
  • You will be notified via email or SMS once the return/exchange is processed.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer international shipping or returns from outside India.
  • Products that are returned without meeting eligibility (used, damaged, or missing original packaging) will not be accepted.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
